It's 11:28pm and in around 12 hours I will be on a plane to Chicago, followed by Dusseldorf, followed by a train to Hannover, then back to Dusseldorf, then Dubai by plane, then Incheon Internat'l Aerodrome.  Exciting times.  Come back for pictures and reviews of local cuisine!
